JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Class A Truck Driver – Home Daily
Department: North America
Reports To: Director of North American Transportation Services

Exempt/Non-exempt: Non-exempt
Summary:
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Class A Licensed Commercial Motor Vehicle, including all regulatory activities (eDVIR, ELD, cargo securement, etc.). Cargo is exclusively no touch. Truck is stationed in Logan, OH. Routes vary between OH-MI and back, or intra-Ohio milkrun (multi-stop) and may be altered as necessary to accommodate the needs of the business. Average work week will be between 55-65 hours, depending on the route. Drivers should expect to be home daily, however, road and weather conditions, or unanticipated delays may occasionally require the driver layover.
Supervisory Responsibilities: NONE
Qualifications:
- 2-Years recent Class A CMV operating experience
- Clean MVR
Education and Experience:
- High School or GED
- 2-Years recent Class A CMV operating experience
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and finger to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 50 pounds.
