LEADERSHIP
Mr. Brodie’s three decades of transportation and logistics experience include director-level positions at large global sales and branch operations, including Agility Logistics, Bax Global, and UTI, Inc. Throughout his career, he has pioneered profitable new services and has successfully managed many sizeable international logistics operations.
Mr. Brodie studied business and general studies at New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, New Mexico and at Wayne State University in Detroit. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree and a Supply Chain Management Certificate from the University of Phoenix.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gruschow has formed successful partnerships and developed innovative solutions for customers, including automakers, suppliers, and other companies. As part of GTM, he leverages his experience and expertise to forge lasting alliances with logistics partners around the world.
Mr. Gruschow holds a bachelor’s degree from Albion College and a master’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He also studied architecture at the Rhode Island School of Design and semiconductor manufacturing at Central New Mexico Community College.
Previously, Mr. Field served as Regional Manager of Operations for Whiteline Express, Ltd., where he managed the company’s regional fleet and strategic planning while working to improve revenue and growth. At Penske Logistics, Joe developed the Penske Premier Fleet and Premium Transportation Management products. He also has extensive experience in Customer Relationship Management, Warehouse Management and Six Sigma methodologies.
Mr. Field is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Pennsylvania State University.
In Mr. Unsworth’s thirty years of logistics experience, he has worked as a branch manager at JAS Forwarding and JOKER logistics and served as an import supervisor, customs manager and branch manager at Agility. He has coordinated TSA security, obtained C-TPAT status, and implemented a container freight station and bonded warehouse in the Port of Detroit.
Mr. Unsworth has a bachelor’s degree in business, with a focus on international business, from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan.
For more than 35 years, Ms. Hardy has worked in positions of increasing responsibility for several well-known freight forwarding and logistics companies. From her start at John V. Carr, one of Detroit’s original customs brokers, she has worked at Mainfreight, DHL Express and DHL Global Forwarding, and Kmart. She served as export manager at DB Schenker and branch manager at the former PBB USA now Livingston International, responsible for tunnel, bridge and airport operations. After several years at Yusen Logistics in Atlanta as Ocean Import Manager maintaining several major accounts, Ms. Hardy returned to Michigan and began her leadership of GTM’s export services.
Born and raised in Livonia, Michigan, Ms. Hardy studied Special Education at Eastern Michigan University.
Mr. Clancy earned an associate’s degree in science, focused on logistics, while stationed at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama. During his two decades of service in the United States Air Force, Mr. Clancy was trained as a logistics specialist and promoted to Chief of Logistics, managing and executing a full scope of supply-chain functions, from procurement to inventory control to final delivery, while administering multi-disciplinary training and employee engagement.
During his thirty-year career in logistics, Mr. Clancy has provided his expertise in transportation, inventory control and procurement in senior leadership roles with national and global companies including Ryder, Estes Express Lines, Aramark and Ettline Foods.
Mr. Clancy earned his bachelor’s degree in business management in December 2020 from DeVry University. He currently resides in Brown Summit, North Carolina.
